| Industry reform led by national policies,fierce market competition,strong resource plundering and talent grabbing are taking turns among special equipment inspection and testing enterprises.Many new markets and opportunities have been opened under the policy intervention.Shandong special inspection group,transformed from the original local inspection institutions,is facing the dilemma of low business revenue level,small market share and low market competitiveness.In the fierce competitive environment,blindly adhering to the inherent market can no longer support the long-term development of the enterprise.At the same time,Shandong special inspection group also needs to actively respond to the great impact of environmental change and technological change,explore development strategies,seek new markets and expand new businesses,so as to seize opportunities and establish the key competitive advantage of the enterprise in the reform stage.Based on the enterprise strategy theory,this paper puts forward three strategic problems that Shandong special inspection group has been facing,namely,the lack of systematicness and comprehensiveness of strategic objectives,the lack of pertinence and effectiveness of strategic planning,and the poor ability of strategic organization and coordination;Using strategic management analysis tools,comprehensively analyze the external and internal environment of Shandong special inspection group,summarize the external opportunities and threats faced by its development,and summarize its internal advantages and disadvantages;In view of the problems of its development strategy,this paper puts forward reasonable suggestions to make it seek advantages and avoid disadvantages,look for new market opportunities and adjust its development strategy under the circumstances of unprecedented fierce market competition,changing external environment and emerging crises,so as to continuously consolidate its industry leading position and maintain its core competitiveness.Finally,it is concluded that Shandong special inspection group should implement safeguard measures around the distance strategy,brand strategy and differentiationstrategy,in order to improve the management of human resources,adjust the layout of detection ability,improve the customer service mode,and improve the group’s industrial and information standards. |
