A Research On The Application Of ICT Business And Financial Integration In Communication Enterprise

With the needs of various refined management of enterprises,enterprises continue to deepen their understanding of management accounting,hoping to break the barriers between industry and finance through the application of management accounting,improve the core competitiveness of enterprises,and enhance their own value.How to make good use of management accounting is an important topic that major enterprises continue to explore.As a communication operator,Company A has gradually moved towards the rapid development of ICT business in the trend of economic and technological development and the background of high integration of information and communication technology.With the rapid development of emerging businesses,the management problems exposed by the temporal part of enterprises have become increasingly prominent.The purpose of this paper is to find a feasible and healthy development path for the ICT business of communication operators through the method of industry-finance integration,take lean management as the starting point,and use management accounting to find a feasible and healthy development path for communication operators,and further deepen the practical application of industry-finance integration.Based on the above background,this article relies on the theories of management accounting and industry finance integration,combined with the current development status of ICT business and finance integration in Company A.Through conducting a questionnaire survey on the business personnel of Company A,a detailed investigation is conducted on the organizational structure and industry finance integration situation of the enterprise.Taking Company A as a case study,it is inferred that there is a low participation of financial personnel in ICT business and finance integration,and the integration of industry finance is insufficient to be embedded in various business processes of ICT,The imperfect construction of the information system relied on by the integration of industry and finance is hindering the healthy development of business.Through further analysis,it was found that the reasons for the problem include: Company A currently lacks awareness of business and financial integration,insufficient abilities of business and financial personnel,and an overly functional organizational structure,resulting in insufficient integration of business processes and financial management.Based on the above issues and reasons,this article is based on the method of integrating industry and finance,and combined with the actual situation of Company A’s ICT business,proposes suggestions for the application of ICT business and finance integration,and applies some of the suggestions to practice,obtaining corresponding results for verification.This article aims to conduct research on the integration of industry and finance in the ICT business of Company A,to better connect finance and business,enhance the competitiveness of Company A,and standardize the healthy development of ICT business.The research results of this article also contribute to the further extension of financial management in subsequent enterprises,and can provide reference for other enterprises in practicing the integration of industry and finance.
