With the diversified development of the Internet Service industry,the competition of the enterprises in that industry continues to intensify.In order to develop healthily,stably and sustainably,and maintain certain market competitiveness in the industry,enterprises need to take practical and practical measures in combination with the operating environment and market conditions.Marketing channel is an important part of good enterprise development,an important part of enterprise marketing management and an important means of external business expansion,enterprises need to combine traditional marketing channels with new marketing channels in the face of market changes.As a pioneer in cyber intelligence industry,company C was founded in 2016.With the continuous changes in the industry and market,company C is currently facing two problems:how to obtain more market resources;how to optimize the existing marketing channels to enhance market competitiveness.Through research and analysis,it is founded that the problems exposed by company C are marketing channel structure,marketing channel behavior,and marketing channel relationship.Based on the relevant theories of marketing channels,the general situation of company C,the analysis of company C’s marketing channel environment,the current situation of company C’s marketing channel management,combined with the problems existing in company C’s marketing channel,this paper proposes a set of marketing channel management optimization program design for company C.First,marketing organization optimization suggestions,including adjusting the organizational structure,strengthening the coordination and cooperation of channel members,and implementing progressive promotion.Second,strengthen marketing channel control ability,including strengthening the construction of human resources,establishing a clear channel business access mechanism,and optimizing marketing channel cashing incentive mechanism.Third,scientifically manage channel conflicts,including the use of flexible channel strategies,strengthening information communication between marketing channels,strengthening the cooperation between marketing channels,establishing dealer recommendation mechanisms,and adjusting channel management models.This paper provides a marketing channel management optimization plan for company C,which can effectively improve the problems existing in company C’s marketing channels.Through this optimization plan,it can effectively optimize company C’s marketing organization,strengthen marketing channel management and controlment,and scientifically manage channel conflicts.The case in this paper has certain practical significance to the market competitiveness of internet service enterprises.This paper provides a marketing channel management optimization plan for company C,which can effectively optimize company C’s marketing organization,strengthen marketing channel management and control,scientifically manage channel conflicts,and effectively improve the problems existing in company C’s marketing channels.The case in this paper has certain practical significance to the market competitiveness of internet service enterprises...
