The village collective economy is a basic part of the rural economy.Developing and strengthening the village collective economy is an important way to promote the revitalization of the countryside,the economic foundation for consolidating the rural power,and the important guarantee for maintaining social harmony and stability and improving the quality of rural services.The strength of agriculture,the beauty of rural areas and the wealth of farmers determine the sense of gain and happiness of hundreds of millions of farmers,the quality of an all-round well-off society and the quality of socialist modernization.Developing and strengthening the village collective economy is the material guarantee for achieving common prosperity of farmers and the only way to achieve rural revitalization.This paper takes the development of the new rural collective economy in Guansheng Town,Chongzhou City as the object,analyzes the current situation of the development of the new rural collective economy in Guansheng Town through field survey,thematic research,and discussion and exchange,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the main problems.The study found that the main problems in the development of the new collective economy in Guansheng Town are the lack of development resources,the low operating income,the weak development will,the weak development team,and the difficulties in development and financing.The reasons for these problems lie in the historical legacy,the lack of endogenous power in the industry,the lack of motivation to participate in market competition,and the lack of development team construction Financial institutions are not enough to support the development of the new rural collective economy.In view of these problems,the suggestions are to strengthen the factor guarantee and break down the development resistance;Innovate the business model and tap the development potential;Consolidate ideological consensus and enhance the joint force of development;Optimize human resources and boost development vitality;Enrich financial support and enhance development momentum.
