Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of The Agricultural Development Bank Of China Huanggang Branch To Servicing The Rural Vitalization Strategy

As the only agricultural policy bank in the old revolutionary base area,the Agricultural Development Bank of China Huanggang branch has its own responsibility to support the rural revitalization strategy through agricultural policy financing,and it is also the path to achieve high-quality development.Therefore,this thesis studies the existence of the rural revitalization strategy of the Agricultural Development Bank of China Huanggang branch.It is of guiding significance to help the Agricultural Development Bank of China Huanggang branch embark on the road of high-quality development.This thesis selects the Agricultural Development Bank of China Huanggang branch as a case bank,and analyzes the internal and external environment and status quo of the Agricultural Development Bank of China Huanggang branch serving the rural revitalization strategy by querying relevant statistical data and documents,starting from the needs and work priorities of the Agricultural Development Bank of China Huanggang branch serving the rural revitalization strategy.In the process of serving the rural revitalization strategy,the Agricultural Development Bank of China Huanggang branch has four problems: insufficient policy support,single type of financial products,poor rural credit environment,and backward financial services.Next,this thesis analyze the four reasons for the problem.First,the policy-based financial services for rural revitalization strategies are not well understood.Second,the construction of the policy-based financial system is not perfect.Third,the construction of the rural financial environment is lagging behind.Fourth,the policy-based financial management low level.Finally,in response to the problems and reasons,combined with the actual situation of Huanggang Agricultural Development Bank,put forward countermeasures,that is,by formulating implementation plans and increasing assessment efforts,to clarify the development direction of serving the rural revitalization strategy;by obtaining policy support and enriching financial products to further supplement and improve the policy-based financial system.;Improve the rural financial ecological environment by establishing a rural credit collection mechanism,a financial system information sharing mechanism and enhancing risk prevention and control capabilities;by exploring a new mode of serving the rural revitalization strategy and fully tapping the potential of existing human resources to strengthen the internal management level of the Agricultural Development Bank of China Huanggang branch.
