With the development of China’s socialist market economy,the financial leasing industry has also undergone a process of emergence,gradual development,stagnation,continuous consolidation and then development into a perfect industry,and has now become an important part of the socialist market economic system and an important tool for resource allocation in the financial market.Financial leasing helps to relieve the pressure of enterprise financing and plays an increasingly important role in optimising the economic structure and promoting the construction of the financial market.However,in the current economic context,the development of the financial leasing industry is facing both opportunities and challenges.The number of financial leasing enterprises and the balance of leasing contracts in China are growing at a slower pace due to factors such as intensifying competition in the industry,the continuous slowdown in macroeconomic growth and increasingly strict financial regulation.In addition,financial leasing enterprises are facing a series of problems such as the legal risk of default by the lessee and the risk of their own capital and asset management,and are under tremendous internal and external pressure,and their operations are facing worries and anxieties.As a financial leasing enterprise,it should always make it clear that maximising the value-added of the enterprise is the fundamental goal of its operation.To stand firm in the ever-changing market and society,it is necessary to minimise losses through improving corporate governance,optimising internal control and strengthening risk management,so that the enterprise can achieve overall value-added.Therefore,the use of value-added internal audit is indispensable for upgrading the internal audit reform of a company.In this context,I have combined the actual situation of Y finance leasing company and launched a more comprehensive consideration of the value-added internal audit work of finance leasing companies.In this paper,through the case study method and the literature research method,on the basis of collecting and reviewing relevant information,through analyzing the current situation of internal auditing of finance leasing enterprises and combining the implementation of internal auditing of Y finance leasing company,I conduct a study on the perfection of value-added internal auditing of Y finance leasing company,and from the current problems of value-added internal auditing of Y finance leasing company,I put forward the perfection of value-added internal auditing The main directions for improving value-added internal audit are:(1)Integrating value-added internal audit activities with the value chain;(2)Conducting governance-oriented value-added internal audit;(3)Expanding value-added internal audit services;(4)Accelerating the construction of value-added internal audit information technology;and(5)Establishing a high-quality value-added internal audit team.From the perspective of the value-added function of internal audit,an in-depth analysis of the development of value-added internal audit in financial leasing enterprises has been conducted,and suggestions for improvement have been put forward in the light of the current problems of the enterprises,so that internal audit can play a value-added role in the operation and management process of the company,provide consultation and reference for the management when making decisions,and create more value for the company.The problems that arise when Y financial leasing company conducts value-added internal audits are also problems that many financial companies have in the process of conducting value-added internal audits.Through the analysis and discussion in this paper,we aim to encourage relevant enterprises to strengthen their value-added internal audit function and provide guidance to help other enterprises to strengthen the implementation of value-added internal audit.At the same time,it is hoped that the case study in this paper will enrich the research on the theory and practice of value-added internal auditing in Chinese enterprises and promote more effective and rapid development of enterprises through value-added internal auditing. |
