A Study On The Theory Of Regional Change

Region is the important carrier and space of expanding and realizing a country’s modernization construction and technological progress. By forming the region change, the change shows not only as a kind of macroscopic economic and social change process, and also is a natural history which was driven by technological progress and constantly built by the new technology. Based on the macro background of social transition, with the region and technology as the core concept, this paper tries to explain the relationship between regional change and technology change, with a perspective of the theory of technology. By investigating the interaction and the process of regional change and technology change,this paper introduces the concepts of the technical progress, technical evolution, technology paradigm and so on into the regional research of the production activities, the social mobility, consumption patterns change as well as relevant problems of regional social structure change, cultural change and so on, both highlights the role and value of technology, and shows the role of the region change to technology evolution.In the introduction part, it introduces the macro social development, which as a background leads to the research theme of this article. In the form of techno-enabled it explores and explains the phenomenon, the process and the essence of the regional change. At the same time, it gives a systemic overview about the relevant books and literature of domestic and foreign research, and determins the theoretical basis of this article: the STS theory, technology development theory, the system theory of technological progress, the technology system theory and the theory of regional development. Finally, it explains the purpose and significance of this study, and the corresponding research methods.In the first chapter, it discusses the demarcation of concepts. Firstly, it analyzes the development and essence of technology and defines the concept of technology. Secondly, it analyzes and defines the concept of region and regional change. Through the illustration the difference between region and non-region, it defines the essence of region. And it defines the concept of "regional change", which is one of the innovation of this article. Again, interpreting the meaning of technology as the analysis of the elements in the research of region changes, in the sense, it demonstrates this article is scientific and innovative.In the second chapter, it analyzes and researches the relationship between the change of regional production mode and the process of technology. With the concepts of technological progress, the system of technological process, technological progress form and so on, it analyzes the process of the change of regional production mode, which is emphatically from the perspective of the regional productivity change and division of labor, production organization evolution and so on. On the base, it demonstrates the mutual relationship and role between the technological process and the change of regional production mode.In the third chapter, this part researches and analyzes the mutual role between the patterns of regional flow and the technical effect. The flow of regional production factors is the main research object. Based on the effect of technical guidance, aggregation, dispersion, coordination, spillover and so on, this part analyzes the equilibrium and non-equilibrium of regional production factors flow and the mobility of regional labor,capital and spatial structure. Through the analysis, it elucidates the mutual relationship and role between the effect of technology and the change of regional flow patterns. That through rational choice and application of the technology, promotes the optimized allocation of regional resources, and forms the positive effect of technology, and makes the social operation of technology more scientific and effective service to the development of the region.The fourth chapter is the research and analysis of the relationship between the change of regional consumption patterns and the technology evolution, mainly by forming the method of one to one correspondence to analyze the relationship between the technology rationality and regional consumption idea, the technology morphology and regional consumer behavior, the technology structure and the regional consumption structure, technology environment and regional consumption environment. From concept to practice, from the structure to the environment, it is the formation of holistic analysis of the architecture, and reveals the trend of regional consumption and the rule of technology evolution. Its emphasis is the rationalization of technology and consume, and the ecological development.The fifth chapter, is the research and analysis of the mutual relationship between the evolution of the regional society and the technology paradigm. Through the comprehensive interpretation of the evolution logics of technology paradigm and the social differentiation and integration of region, the part discusses the inner link, and further explains the role of technology from the perspective of regional culture. Through the dual dimensions of technology systems and technology paradigm, it analyzes the mode and rule of social system function evolution, and emphases that the rational choice of the regional development idea and technical system is the important foundation and implementation approach to implement the positive development and effective exertion of the regional social system function.In the sixth chapter, it discusses and demonstrates the construction of ideal type of regional society, and emphasizes the ideal cognitive development and the optimization of the technical environment. Firstly, the part researches and analyzes the main problems and bottlenecks in the regional development, and points out the difficulty of paradigm choice and new quality generation and diffusion, and the problems of the inappropriate social differentiation and integration of region; secondly, it emphasizes the rational cognition of the development of technology and society; again through the illustration of the social model of highly regionalization and globalization, it puts forward the construction of ecological paradigm, the construction of ecology technology environment and the comprehensive regional development path of sustainable development.In the seventh chapter, through combining the practice of the changes of the Yangtze river delta region,it empirically demonstrates research and puts forword some suggestions on the regional development. Finally, this paper puts forward constructing ecological Yangtze river delta region, strengthening the development train of thought and the specific path of international-type regional development.In conclusion, it gives the comprehensive views of thesis and the direction of further research.
