The Change And Construction Of Ecological Technological Paradigm

This paper mainly discusses the replacement of ecological civilization technology paradigm and the industrial civilization technology paradigm in the context of ecological civilization.The term "paradigm" was presented by Thomas Kuhn, and Kuhn didn't explain "paradigm" clearly, but it also attracted attention of scholars in many fields, and the concept of "paradigm" extends to all different disciplines, such as economics, literature, management science, psychology etc.In the research of technical field, there are many technical experts thought that "paradigm" can be applied to the field of technology, In the 1980 s, Dorsey put forward "technology paradigm" which firstlyput Kuhn's "paradigm" formal reference to technical field.Since Dorsey put forward "technology paradigm", it soon became the hotspot of research in the field of technology philosophy. This paper mainly study what is the technology paradigm and what is the ecological civilization technology paradigm in the context of ecological civilization.This paper is divided for five parts and start from paradigm to technology paradigm, and the to the ecological civilization technology paradigm.The first part is the introduction part,it mainly introduces the research background, purpose and significance, domestic and foreign research status, research ideas and methods, innovation points.With the rapid development of industrial civilization, a series of environmental problems have emerged, and the environmental problems have become the most important problems that human beings have to face.In order to solve the environmental problems, the industrial civilization form of civilization is not available to society, human beings must change the form of civilization and establish the new form immediately.This is the background of this paper.The study on technology paradigm started in the 1970 s.This paper sum up many important literatures which constitute the theoretical basis of the paper.The second part introduces the basic concept of "paradigm" and "technology paradigm". The introduction of "paradigm" includesfour aspects: paradigm is an acknowledged scientific achievement, paradigm announces the "unknown" in science, paradigm has the priority, and revolution is the transform of the world view.Paradigmis organically formed by the achievements of science, paradigm and scientific community, conventional science, scientific revolution. "Technology paradigm" is a concept exist in technology philosophy. There are many similarities between "paradigm" and “technology paradigm” so it can still conclude "technology paradigm " from technology philosophy just like "paradigm" concluded from science philosophy.This paper considers that "technology paradigm" is a sense of technology, a method of technology and a form of social organization. This paper discusses what is technology paradigm through these three aspects.The third part mainly study the change of technology paradigm. The change of technological paradigm is a historical trajectory which means the new paradigm take place of the old paradigm, and every kind of technology paradigm to solve problems corresponding to the age.This part analyses the change of technology paradigm.The paradigm of primitive technology mainly refers to the technological paradigm formed during the period of agricultural civilization, which is a kind of technological paradigm has a low impact on production activities. Industrial technological paradigm showed up in industrial civilization period, then the machine technology to replace the handicraft technology, technology has become a production process is an important means, humans began could not be separated from the technology. Therefore, modern technological paradigm is the biggest technical paradigm of the impact of human, also along with the progress of technology its defects become increasingly significant. The environmental pollution is of modern technological paradigm is the largest negative effect.Ecological technology paradigm is our future new technology paradigm whichis far more beyond the modern technology paradigm, and it is the direction of the development of human technology.The fourth part is the most important part of the article, and it mainly discusses the ecological technology which is the new form of technology paradigm.It firstly introduced the basic concept of ecological civilization and the origin of ecological civilization. Secondly,it introduces the origin, the meaning, the characteristic and the philosophy basic of ecological technology paradigm and the relationship between ecological technology paradigm andindustrial technology paradigm. Ecological technology paradigm emerged almost in the same time with ecological civilization. It emphasized that hard technology should be replaced by soft technology which confirmed that these two theories was emerged in the same time.The new paradigm of technology refers to a technological paradigm that follows the ecological theory to conserve resources, reduce pollution, protect the environment and improve productivity.It has a significant philosophical foundation.This article concludes a series of philosophical foundation such as the overall organic theory, multiple values. There are common and the difference between the ecological technology paradigm and the industrial technological paradigm. These two kinds of technology paradigm is a tool for human to change the nature, but they still have different world views, values, view of development and consumption concept.In the fifth part, this paper mainly talks about the construction of the ecological technology paradigm under the vision of ecological civilization.This part puts forward some concrete measures and suggestions for the above discussion from the view of ecological technology paradigm, the method of ecological technology and the social form of ecological civilization.
