According to the summary and analysis of core drilling and well drilling design process and directional drilling track design, the article developed the computer aided design system on drilling and drilling information web with the modern computer technology (Delphi computer language and OpenGL component). The main research result is:1. By means of refering abundant documents at home and abroad, summarized and analized the core drilling and well drilling design process, to provide dependable design foundation and logic principle of computer aided desgin system.2. Seeing the develop cost and post upgrade and need of completely control of the programe, the article developed the vector drawing system on drill structure with modern computer pictures knowledge, and solved the problem that the most vector drawing software can't draw geological formation, and can design in custom of from bottom to top.3. According to the core drilling and well drilling regulation and web information at home and abroad, created the libraries of drilling method, process and devices, and provided the interface to manage these libraries. Base on core drilling and well drilling design process, designed programe to aid user to select and design drilling method, constructiong device and process parameters.4. By researching the track design on the directional drilling, created and confirmed the mathematics model of the track design on two-dimensional and three-dimensional directional drilling. Completed the programe of the track design on two-dimensional and three-dimensional directional drilling with OpegGL component GLScene.5. With the computer technology of Asp.net and SQL Server, created the drilling information web to provdie all kinds of libraries of country standard, profession standard, construction technology regulation, devices and construction process for user searching and browsing.
