In the process of coal geological exploration,drilling is the most basic work.Each borehole needs to draw a borehole histogram.The borehole histogram has a large number of coal and rock layers,and the workload of lithological filling is large.At the same time,the coal seam comprehensive histogram,Coal and rock strata comparison maps,section maps,etc.also need to draw coal lithology histograms.The automated drawing of borehole histogram can reduce the workload,and at the same time,it is convenient for the modification and inspection of the borehole histograms and standardized management.The exploration information obtained by drilling and logging is the most basic geological information and the most important original data for the exploration,construction,and production of coal mines.The automatic drawing of histograms and the management and sharing of exploration information have important practical needs.Starting from the requirements of drilling work,the thesis carried out the secondary development of CAD through VBA,realized the automatic drawing of geological histogram,and designed a visual management system based on the Web to complete the work of drilling information management.This research has completed the following work:(1)The data needed for drawing borehole histogram were collected and the corresponding database was established.(2)With the secondary development of CAD by VBA,the automatic drawing of borehole histogram is completed.The drawing standard of borehole histogram is "Legend of coal mine geological survey",and the characters,lines,colors,lithologic filling patterns in the histogram are in line with the provisions of "Legend of coal mine geological survey".(3)The special lithologic filling pattern for geology and lithology are added.(4)Using the front-end Language HTML + CSS design and implementation of the visual system interface,and based on the flash framework to achieve the front-end interaction,through JS definition executive function exect1,and then click to call the background Python program,jump to the specified address to achieve specific related functions.(5)Through the front-end language to call the control to complete the web browsing of CAD drawings,including drilling histogram.By referring to the image library in PIL,the operations of converting CAD drawings to JPG pictures,browsing,zooming and saving pictures are realized.(6)Design and establish the coal mine borehole data information database.(7)By using pymssql database to connect the database,the user verification login function and the release of Web-based drilling information database are completed.On this basis,the functions of data warehousing,data browsing,uploading and downloading are realized,which can achieve the structured data warehousing management and web browsing,as well as the visualization management of unstructured data.This paper completes the automatic drawing of borehole histogram and the integrated management of borehole information.24 figures,7 tables and 74 references are included in this thesis.
