The Study on Gold Mineralization and Minerogenetic Region in Liaoning Province, applies theories of modern mineralization science. On the basis of fully collecting, compiling and analyzing the geological data on gold mine accumulated in the past, further study and discussion has been carried out in the aspects of metallotectonics, features on crustal evolution, geophysical and geochemical prospecting and heavy placer anomaly, genesis types on gold mineralization and typical deposit features, controlling factors on regional mineralization and its mineral rules, selection on minerogenetic prospects and evaluation on important prospects. A series of new understanding has been obtained in respect of genesis types on gold mineralization, minerogenetic series, division of minerogenetic region and minerogenetic prediction, which plays an important instructional role for new steps of prospecting work in Liaoning gold mines.The earth's crust of Liaoning has a cycle feature of evolution and has experienced three tectonic structural development periods and eight evolutions of structural cycle, including the formation of platform fundament, cap stabilization and active zone on continental margin. With regard to gold mineralization, there are three big cycles for the process of geological development, they are Archean Cycle, Early Proterozoic Cycle and Mesozoic Cycle, with rapidly shortened term of early to late minerogenetic cycle, multiplied deposit types and complicated element association.
