Metapopulation theory is the framework of spatial ecology which is developed during recent decades, which can deal with efficiently spatial structure of population, can be used to study population spatial dynamics and effects of habitat destruction on population long-term survival. The rise and vigorous development of the metapopulation theory obviously affect and enrich mathematical ecology and theoretical ecology, providing technology instrument and theory guidance for conservation biology. The characteristics of the metapopulation were individual patches transfer and habitat heterogeneity. The habitat destruction caused by human has prevented the species dispreading and threatened the species reproducing. The global habitat destruction is the serious issue faced by humanbing and nature. The habitat destruction is main threatening factor related to long– term survival of species, the change of population relationship and maintenance of biodiversity. Although many space models have been carried out to investigate the effects of habitat destructions on long term survival population, few efforts have been made to assess habitat destructions of space heterogeneity on species survival. Habitat competition is an important ecological relationship; it is also a main driving force for the development of ecological population and ecological system, playing an important role on succession, construction and evolvement of population. Metapopulation model of multispecies competition proposed by Tilman(1994) is a simple and classical space model, this model hypothesize the layer competition, forecast multispecies with different competition ability can live together with competitive coexistence, but few persons do the research on breaking the hypothesis of competition chain about metapopulation model of Tilman multispecies competition. The study used mathematical technology and computer modeling to grasp the characteristics of metapopulation - individual patches transfer and habitat heterogeneity, has studied the effects of biology transfer on metapopulation dynamics, using cellular automata model and correlate equation model, considering the effects of habitat destructions on metapopulation dynamics and long term survival were studied, those destructions included habitat losing, the decrease of connectivity among habitat patches and the reduction habitat quality. The stability of the multispecies competition was discussed, breaking the hypothesis of competition chain about metapopulation model of Tilman multispecies competition, developing the metapopulation model of random competition, discussing coexistence and competition by stability analysis. The main results are followed after studying. The habitat destruction was the main reason for threatening the metapopulation survival, not only had the losing of habitat patch profound effect on metapopulation survival, but also destruction of habitat patch construction influence complicatedly on dynamics and survival of metapopulation.Uniform mixture between destruction and non-destruction habitat patches was not profitable to the increase and survival of metapopulation, aggregated distribution of habitat types can contributed to promote the increase and survival of metapopulation, the hypothesis of uniform core field evaluated highly of metapopulation survival according relative uniform mixture between two habitat patches, and evaluated lowly of metapopulation survival according relative aggregated of habitat patches. The transfer extent also affect metapopulation survival, the more area of metapopulation transfer, the easier of the species resist the habitat destruction which leading to extinction of species. The more weak competition species, the strong transfer ability, the species with different competition capacity can share the different living spaces, the competition capacity and scatter ability were compromise in stable situation, and their relationship is negative correlation.Random competition model showed that the competition between two species was bistable, the competition success of two species depended on the original situation of species living. Random competition may caused the complex and diversity of metapopulation behavior, including no coexistence, stable coexistence and bisable coexistence of competition species, indicated that the random competition may play complex role in population construction process. The habitat destruction may induce species to evolve for the high scatter direction, protection characteristics of biology was important role in biological conservation, including transfer and survival ability of species. On the whole, biological conservation was very important, considering the habitat recovery, improving patch quality and constructing habitat were important in habitat reconstructing process, improving connectivity among habitat patches was also profitable to long term survival for species. Spatial scale, life cycle characteristics and random competition were not ignored in studying biodiversity and ecology system..
