Many achievements in the technology of DeSO2 from flue gas by PPCP (Pulse Corona Induced Plasma Chemical Process) have been achieved and this technology will be enlarged into industrial scale in the future. Obviously, the study on automatic control system in the process of PPCP, which is an indispensable part hi the whole DeSO2 technology, is urgent. But the control system has never been investigated in the world.Under this situation, research on automatic control system is firstly raised in this dissertation, including the project design of this control system, measurement & control of each loop, modeling & optimization of the system, and some questions on EMC. Those works are listed as follows.1. According to developing trends of process-control and character of technological procedure in PPCP, DCS (distributed control system) based on RS485 BUS is established. The real-time, multi-task management scheme on the basis of DOS and single-chip processor is put forward.2. A device, which can measure electric power when the sine waveform of 50 Hz power-supplied is deformed, is designed; Several rapid-algorithms are developed; Closed-loop control on pulse power ejecting is realized.3. In this dissertation, ANN (Artificial Neural Networks) is applied to control system in such 4 areas: (1) Work out optimum parameter of Temperature Measurement Circuit with Platinum Thermistor. (2) Establish the static model of the technological process. (3) Soft sensor of the SO2 concentration in flue gas at outlet of reactor. (4) Optimization of process by ANN model.4. A novel algorithm -THE PID ALGORITHM BASED ON THE ERROR OF CONTROLLER OUTPUT is developed. Stability of this algorithm is proved and a number of simulated testing results are gotten.5. Some questions on EMC of the control system are discussed in this dissertation, and the design of the ground connection of the PPCP reactor is investigated.Above all, the automatic control system of the DeS02 technology with PPCP is investigated comparatively deeply. This control system is realized in the pilot test of 3,000 Nm3/h, and the pilot run demonstrates that the whole control system is suitable. All works supply useful method and experience for larger industrial application.
