The DeSO2 technology from flue gas by Pulse Corona Induced Plasma Chemical Process (PPCP) has developed into industrial test run phase by nearly twenty years' assiduous effort of the scientific and technical personnel all over the world. The pulse electronic power influx, as a key technology, is a complicated process, related to many aspects and influencing factors. This paper studies the motor control aiming at pulse electronic power influx only by means of the control of pulse discharge frequency under experimental condition. Because of lots of nonlinear load existing in the process, this paper puts forward the realization of analytical methods and measure in the electric parameters, and proves these methods by experiment.In the paper, the motor control and electric parameters analysis system based on DSP is designed, according to the high-speed and high-precision distributed data acquisition and processing technology. Data between the master and slave DSPs can be transferred by dual-port RAM. The terminal supervising system includes two parts. The first part is the electromotor supervising system based on DSP' event manager, using space vector pulse width modulation technology (SVPWM) and intelligent power module (IPM). This paper detailedly introduces the master circuit of the frequency transformation speed regulation, IPM, and interface circuit with DSP. The second part simulates the algorithm and analyses the simulation results, and presents the circuit and the algorithm implementation of digital signal processor hi order to accurately measure electric parameters, according to the special characters of data acquisition, analysis and processing.The software design of hypogynous computer adopts blocking design method and uses own repertoire and addressing means, which is beneficial to design and debug. The author summarizes some methods aiming at improving executive efficiency of program in the process. The software design of epigynous computer adopting blocking design method includes three blocks: interface block, communication block and database block. The system can realize the analysis, store and management of mass measure data by using Visual C++ 6.0 and database platform.The experimental equipment completes the elementary function and basic analysis of electric parameters. The software realizes various displays of results and database management. This paper provides a valued design method and experience for the study and realization of the closed loop control of pulse electronic power influx and accurate measure of the system' electric parameters. |
