This dissertation was derived from scientific research project "Technical Development onOverall and Dynamic Optimization System of Mine Technical Indexes of Gong-ChanglingMining Company", which was finished by Gong-Changling Mining Company and Universityof Science and Technology Beijing. In this paper, according to operation data, Overall andDynamic Optimization System of Mine Technical Indexes was built which based on datamining. The system focused on dynamic and overall optimization of technical indexes aroundthe whole mining operating system (including Geology, Mining and Ore Processing), it isexpected to fulfill better economic profits and social benefits during mine operation, and thereare some thoughtful discussions and researches that will be provided to improve scientifical anddigital management level for mining enterprise. According to this objective, following severalpoints will be analyzed and researched:Firstly, as a big complicated system, Overall and Dynamic Optimization System of MineTechnical Indexes'definition and feature was expatiated in details according to system theory.Optimization system framework was built based on Holl's "three-dimensional structure"theory,which would be served as an excellent basis for designing a good decision supporting system.Secondly, Gong-Changling Mining Company was selected as a research background in this dissertation. After analysing, problems about technical indexes were found out in its regular operation, therefore solutions were provided to improve it. Data warehouse system of mining operation was set up by collecting and treating plenty of operating data anytime, which could save and deal with a tremendous lot of operating data. Meanwhile, the topic databases were built based on different decision objectives.Thirdly, the new thought was provided that could set up model base and knowledge basebased on data mining technology. Especially, the complicated ore processing model whichcontains thirty independent variables from fifteen ore-supplied sites was built for the first time.Meanwhile, based on clustering analyse and association rules, the new type knowledge basewas built which was drived by operating data.Finally, after established the reasonable index evaluating system, comprehensive technicaland economic evaluating model was set up based on multi-objectives dynamic optimization...
