Man-made board is the one of main ways to use the wood resources efficiently. Medium density fiberboard (MDF) is an important one in the production of man-made board kinds, having the advantages of internal uniform structure, density moderate, good size stability, high static intensity and little deformation. MDF is the fastest development one in our country's man-made boards.In the production process of MDF, mixing and supplying glue is an important link in the whole process. Whether the process of mixing and supplying glue is good or bad directly influence on the physical performance, product quality and external appearance of MDF. Meanwhile, that is also influence the cost of the product. Our country's MDF production levels compared with the developed countries still have a large gap, lack of independent innovation and core technology. Therefore the domestic production MDF universal exist below shortcomings. For example, the mount of supplying glue is unstable and well-distributed, the free formaldehyde content is much high, glue is easy ahead of curing etc. This article in view of the above questions analyzed and studied on the mixing and supplying glue system from craft and control methods. Through parallel online mixing glue way, the control system is optimized from the perspective of different reference. According to the complexity, nonlinear, lap characteristics of the mixing and supplying glue process, on the basis of the traditional PID control method, adopting the BP neural network online identification of PID parameters for real-time dynamic adjustment to the system, reached the dynamic constant supplying glue purpose. Through MATLAB simulation analysis, based on the BP network PID control method has good dynamic tracking characteristics. Because the method ignores outside uncertainty interference and perturbation, the system robustness is not strong. Therefore, this article aiming at the problem puts forward a new method based on backstepping sliding mode control. Full consideration during the operation of the system may meet the uncertainty of the problem, designed a reasonable sliding mode controller and proves its stability. Through MATLAB simulation analysis, proved the advantages of the method.Finally, this article mades experiment analysis in parallel online mixing and supplying glue system platforms. Through the experiments get the experimental curves of above mentioned method, fully verified above optimization control method is feasible.
