Our product MMK6026 ,which is CNC tool grinder with 6-axis and 5-coordinate controls, is used to machine the rake face and relief of conical ball end mills or other complex shaped tools. The kernel part of MMK6026 is the CNC system with multi-axis controlled motion, high precision, and high stability.The key parts of MMK6026, which include architecture, position control, data input & feedback, acceleration & deceleration, switch control, etc., are researched in the dissertation.Segmented CNC architecture with one step feed length's NC data block is presented for realtime control of the CNC system with multi-axis control. The problem that interpolating data can't be real-time ready in a sampling time is overcome by the method. Segmented CNC architecture with conventional NC data block is presented .By the method, it is not only overcome that interpolator data can't be real-time ready in a sampling time, but also lessened storage capacity that is occupiedby interpolation data.The control method of A.C servo motor as well as VVVF(vary frequency of vary voltage) method , and the position control method, are analyzed. A Segmented proportion position control method is realized. The position control system consists of pulse counting in photoelectric encoding board, 8ms rough interpolation, 4ms fine interpolation, four jog controls and positioning control with three step reduction of speed & forecasting.The method of hand holding communication between one processor and multi-processors is researched for checking the communication channel status.According to the property that MMK6026 is used for specific purpose , the interpolator data direct input method is presented which omits data block's explanation and interpolator's pretreatment, and real time performance is enhanced by the method.According to 6-or gate circuit being applied at data distribution board, the consult method of interruption is presented. For there are no R/W (READ & WRITE) bus arbitral circuit in dual port RAM IDT7134, the redundancy error correcting method is presented for sending data, and time separated operation is presented for data feedback.For the control method in finding zero point, one method, by which the moving direction is firstly toward plus one and then minus one, is presented.A segmented acceleration and deceleration control method is presented for speed smooth change.The 6-axis with 5-coordinate control is realized by the test running of the CNC system on the MMK6026 CNC tool grinder.
