Ultrasonic tool is the key factor in the ultrasonic cutting system of honeycomb core material,and its manufacturing accuracy directly affects the quality and efficiency of ultrasonic cutting.The cutting process in the process of ultrasonic tool manufacturing is the key link affecting the quality of the tool,the manufacturing process of ultrasonic tool is not yet mature at present,mainly relying on expensive imported tools,which seriously restricts the development of ultrasonic cutting technology of honeycomb core materials in China.Due to the complex nature of ultrasonic tool structure,it is not possible to perform precision grinding in the traditional hand tool grinder,while the existing CNC tool grinder's CNC system is mainly aimed at the mainstream standard tool edge orientation design on the market,not suitable for ultrasonic non-standard tool CNC edge grinding.Therefore,it is urgent to carry out the research of grinding machine numerical control system of ultrasonic non-standard tool,improve the level of domestic non-standard complex edge CNC grinding technology,and promote the research and development of new cutting methods and supporting cutting tools.The main work of the paper is as follows:The design of the numerical control system of non-standard tool grinder.Based on the research of the existing tool grinder numerical control system,based on the control concept of the open allsoftware numerical control system,and the analysis of the characteristics of ultrasonic non-standard tool blade grinding demand,a new tool grinder numerical control system control scheme is proposed that integrates the Linux CNC and Ether CAT motion control card.Ultrasonic non-standard tool grinding trajectory planning study.The analysis and derivation of the geometry of the new ultrasonic non-standard tool,combined with the blade features and key geometric parameters of the dagger and disc knife,carried out the study of the dagger and disc knife grinding trajectory,and focused on the geometric method of the adjoinor angle of the A-axis and Caxis pendulum angle required by the dagger,and used the coordinate system conversion method to derive the angle of the A-axis pendating angle and the C-axis pendance angle,and used the coordinate system conversion method to make a theoretical derivation of the angle of the A-axis and C-axis pendance angle required by the dagger knife.C swing for verification.Development of grinding numerical control system with integrated graphical parametric programming function.According to the geometric characteristics and grinding trajectory of ultrasonic non-standard tools,the human-computer interface is constructed by Using Py Qt and Linux CNC,and a new form of human-computer interaction is realized in graphical parametric programming.The hardware abstract layer HAL is configured with targeted files,completes the connection of the hardware system and the software system,and forms an open,scalable and simple and convenient ultrasonic tool grinding machine NUMERICAL control software.Finally,the function and performance test of the CNC system is carried out.
