As a significant measure of the Grand Development of Western China, the ecological screen construction on upper Yangtze River is a complex system project to realize sustainable development of Yangtze River Valley, especially the harmonious development of environment and economy on the upper reaches. If successful, it will contribute enormously to the sustainable development throughout Yangtze River and China.
