There are seven chapters in the thesis, focusing on the problems about interests in ecological politics. In Chapter One, the central viewpoint and the basis of the argument is put forward, i.e. the contradictions and conflicts in ecological interests are the origin and primary content of ecological politics. In the following chapters, the author illustrates and analyzes the problems stemming from it one by one, such as: the appearance and development of ecological politics; the subject of ecological politics―man, and the characteristics in his pursuit of interests; the interest relationship between man and man, namely, the forms of expression of the contradictions and conflicts in ecological interests. In Chapter Five and Six, the author digs their root and raises the basic methods to bring the contradictions and conflicts into line. In the end, the proposals about the development of Chinese ecological politics are put forward suggestively.Chapter One: Ecological Politics and Interests.
