| With the rapid development of modern construction, atmosphere pollution hasbecome increasingly serious. Researchers all over the world pay much attention to thisproblem. We have carried on some qualitative and quantitative research about evaluating, forecasting and goveming atmospheric pollution in Xi'an.Some conclusions of this paper are as follows:1. By analyzing the statistic data from the recent 10 years' atmosphere quality reports inXi'an, we have studied the urbanization's impact upon atmosphere quality. Theatmosphere contamination in Xi'an is mainly suspended particulate matter. And withthe development of city construction, the situation has been getting worse and worse.2. Aiming at the atmospheric pollution in Xi'an, we have studied the urbanization'simpact upon atmosphere condition, established a forecasting method of atmospherepollution and made a macroscopical strategy to govern the atmosphere environment. For the continuable development of atmosphere environment, we should adjust theenergy sources structure and the industry layout, develop clean manufacture, controlthe letting gross of atmosphere contamination and establish an efficient supervisingsystem upon atmosphere quality. Then we will supply the economic construction witha powerful guarantee.3. For the quantitative evaluation of atmosphere quality, we have proposed a syntheticalevaluating performance and a fuzzy method.4. Based on the present evaluating method, an expert system has been presented toestimate the atmosphere contamination.5. In the aspect of forecasting atmosphere quality, we have studied the advectionextended equation in numerical model, by which a common rule of atmospherepollution has been deduced. We have also done some research on the Euler meshequation of the atmosphere contamination and adjustcd some parameters, such astime step size and space step size to enhance the calculation precision.6. With the corresponding method, we have evaluated and forecasted the atmospherequality in Xi'an. And by using the predigested equation of atmosphere diffusionestablished in Chapter 5, we have analyzed that the fume released from factories andthe offgas from motor vehicles have severe influence on citizens' living. |
