During the era of industrial civilization which began with the first industrial revolution, the rapid development of science & technology and the productive forces greatly enhanced human ability to exploit and make use of natural resources as well as produce material wealth. However, the way of thinking of the Newton - Cartesian era lead to misunderstanding of the relationship among natural, human and society ,which took human as the main aspect unilaterally and resulted in the industrial civilization view which took human as the center and the master of nature. The construction of ecological and cultural construction and rural ideological and political work has been greatly strengthened. At present, people in Wenchang are faced with the issue of "how to promote the practice of building civilized and ecological village to move toward a higher stage of development". To "improve, expand and upgrade" civilized and ecological village, there exist a series of contradictions and problems to resolve. In the future process of building a civilized and ecological village, the following problems must be paid attention to.
