| On the 60 th anniversary of the founding of New China,the relevant departments of the CPC Central Committee carried out the activity of select 100 characters who can be dubbed the "People who Moved China".Gu Wenchang(1915-1981)is one of these people who is a model of ecological governance and called “Yu Gong”in the Dong Shan Island by people.Nowadays,we should be clearly aware that the current status of ecological governance in my country is still not optimistic as the country is vigorously carrying out the “battle” of ecological governance and the action of building a "beautiful China" is developing well.In some remote and backward areas,the bad ecological environment will hinder the coordinated and healthy development of the society and economy in the area.the social awareness that see the development of economy as the center plays a main role in the process of modernization.It resulted in the problems of ecological damage,caused by insufficient attention to ecological environmental protection or reasonable development,are obstacles and challenges to the overall and better development of the country and society.In this regard,my country has also proposed new goals,tasks and requirements for ecological governance.Based on this,we look back on the spirit of Mr.Gu’s deeds still have profound enlightening significance and value of the times.The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party(NCCP)stated that building an ecological civilization is a millennium plan for the sustainable development of the Chinese nation.Particularly,the current difficulties and obstacles which China’s ecological governance is facing are very serious.This requires more successful experience methods and scientific theoretical logic.This requires even more successful experience methods,scientific theoretical logic,typical role models and strong spiritual pillars to inspire people.Through on-site visits,the author learned about the ecological features,social and economic development of Dongshan Island,Dongshan County,Fujian Province,as well as visiting the Gu Wenchang Memorial Hall,reading biographies about Gu Wenchang and many other ways to study Gu Wenchang’s personal affairs.The thesis tries to study Gu Wenchang’s deeds and spirit from multiple dimensions.On the basis of understanding the background and achievements of the formation of its governance methods,this thesis focuses on the efficient mobilization methods,overall planning methods,practical route methods and Long-term supervision method,Meanwhile this paper try to examine and reflect on the philosophical meaning behind Gu Wenchang’s ecological governance method from the four dimensions of Marxist philosophy: materialism,dialectics,epistemology,and historical materialism.Finally,it summarizes the value of Gu Wenchang’s ecological governance method and its reality Inspiration to the contemporary,which is to advocate learning the spirit of Gu Wenchang and the logic of Gu Wenchang’s ecological governance method.Adhere to ecological governance as the foundation of ecological civilization construction;strengthen the leadership role of party members in governance practices;adhere to the concept of ecological governance practiced by all citizens;explore the establishment of a paradigm for the coordinated development of ecological governance and economic growth;insist on promoting Institutional guarantee and technical support of the ecological governance system;insist on promoting ecological governance publicity and education and popularize the awareness of ecological civilization.The main purpose of the thesis is to help provide ideas for the work and workers of ecological governance in my country,strengthen their convictions,clarify the confusion,and finally actively and effectively complete the "mission" of ecological governance. |
