It plays an important role for bar production in the development of national economy. Because of some kinds of reasons, in the process of the heating, rolling, cooling, heat treatment and transportation, bar may have some defaults such as bend of multi-directions. These defaults must be eliminated by straightened in the later process, so that the flat product can be obtained. The production of the two-rollers straightening has the advantage of the high precision and good quality, therefore, the two-rollers straightening take an important role in the straightening product. At present, the research about two-roller straightening is focused on designing of the roller profile in the world; however, the deeper research on the process of deformation is lacked of. Therefore, it has important practical significance and theoretical value to research on the modify rule of the field variable in the process of the straightening.In research, this text according to the deficiency of the tradition two-roller straightening, analysis process of two-roller straightening and principle, establish six-section roller shape. This type roller shape increase pre-straightening zone and end straightening zone, it makes inflection curve coincidence with the gradual change curvature of two-roller straightening, to increase the straightening precision of the two-roller straightening. For proof the rationality of six-section roller deforming and consider the cost of the experiment, this text use the finite element dynamics analysis software simulate two-roller straightening process, and analysis the curvature change in the two-roller straightening process. This simulation is helpful to the actual producing.Calculated the straightener force and power in given scheme, analyzed the value for straightener theory force, test measured and simulation, the using good effection Acquired in significance for practical application.
