It plays an important role for iron production in the development of national economy and technology.Because of some kinds of reasons, in the process of the heating, rolling, cooling, heat treatment and transportation,Bar may have some defaults such as bend of multi-directions.These defaults must be eliminated by straightener in the later process,so that flat product can be obtained.The production of the two rollers straightening has the advantage of the high precision and good quality, therefore,the two rollers straightening takes an important role in the straightening product. At present, the research about two roll straightening is focused on designing of the roll profile in the world,however,the deeper research on the process os deformation is lacked of.Therefore, it has important practical significance and theoretical value to research on the modify rule of the field variable in the process of the straightening.This text according to the theory of elastic and elastic-plastic of bar, analysis the principle of the two-roll straightening.This text also summarized some designing of the roll profile such as double curve roller shape, single arc shape, fitting arc shape and three curvature shape.In research, this text use Matlab to calculate the curve shape of double curve shape and three curvature shape, and draw the out.According to the principle of elastic and elastic-plastic of the bar, this text uses finite element to analysis software MARC build the elastic-plastic model of the two roll straightener, do some simulation about the working process of two roll straightening, and analysis the result to find out the regular pattern of strain and stress during the process, contrast the effect of the different curvatures, make some guidance for the practise.
