Using traditional Chinese medicine to treat SLE has positive superiority. It can reduce the accessory role of using hormone and rise the patien's existing-mass. We urally think it was caused by inheritance and endocrine and infection and drug and mind et al. Mst of them is female and investigation of there years make it clear that genetic factor have decisive role in SLE. Histocompatibility leukocyte antigen(HLA) is the most polymorphism inheritance- system relected to SLE main is HLA class II gene. In recent years the relation between SLE and HLA class II gene extraordinary to HLA-DQ gene has been revealed. The investigation showed that polymorphism of HLA-DQ gene related to susceptibility of race of people and clinical feature of SLE. Accord to this we try to investigation the the relation between HLA-DQ genotyping and diagnosis based on an overall analysis of signs and symptoms of SLE in TCM. So we can find the entity of diagnosis based on an overall analysis of signs and symptoms of SLE in TCM. If there is some regularity between HLA-DQ genotyping and diagnosis based on an overall analysis of signs and symptoms of SLE. Then we can use it to find susceptive gene in SLE and in diagnosis based on an overall analysis of signs and symptoms of SLE in TCM of Han people in Guangdong provence.
