Influnence To Nitric Oxide And Endothelin Levels Of Tangshendang In Early Diabetic Nephropathy

Objective The objective of the study is to observe the effect of Tangshenkang which can increase the function of the spleen and kidney and also can remove blood stasis in early diabetic nephropathy by experiment. And we try to display the mechanism in molecular level to find out the academic evidence of Tangshenkang to prevent and cure diabetic nephropathy. Methods Sixty rats were divided into four teams named natural group, model group, Tangshenkang group and Western medicine group which included Gliguidon and Lotensin. The purpose is to compare the action of Tangshenkang and Gliguidon with Lotensin on Nitric oxide, Endothelin and Urinary albumin excretion rate. The results show that Tangshenkang could reduce the Urinary albumin excretion rate and the levels of Nitric oxide and Endothelin of rats (P<0.05) . There is no markedly difference between Tangshenkang group and Western medicine group. Conclusion The curative effect on early diabetic nephropathy of Tangshenkang and Western medicine is analogical. Tangshenkang could alleviate the damage of Renal plasma flow and Glomerular filtration rate on kidney and so to cure the early diabetic nephropathy by decreasing the levels of Nitric oxide and Endothelin.
