186 sarcoma-180 bearing mice were selected as the animalmodels and were randomly divided into six groups. In each group the mice were treated with normal saline, low dosage of FZYLY (concentration of 2.4g/kg), high dosage of FZYLY (concentration of 12.4g/kg). Cisplatin (IP) + normal saline, Cisplatin (IP) + low dosage of FZYLY (concentration of 2.4g/kg) or Cisplatin (IP) + high dosage of FZYLY (concentration of 12.4g/kg) respectively. The effect of FZYLY was evaluated by the changes of body weight, the inhibitory rate of tumor growth, the prolongation of life span rate, the spleen weight changes, the spleen index changes, the textural changes of the spleens, kidneys and livers. By the methods of cell culture, MTT, ELISA, flow cytometry, immunohistochemity, we investigated the FZYLY induced cell death, lymphocyte transformation rate, the changes of leucocyte, platelet, carbamide nitrogen, lymphocyte and their subtype in blood. The Chinese complicate medicine FZYLY had significant effect on the tumor inhibition , life span prolonging , and the induced cell apoptosis of the ovary cancer cells for the sarcoma-180 bearing mice. For the effects on the immune organs the tolerance of the marrow cell for the chemical therapy medicine increased, the lymphocyte transformation rate increased, the immune function improved. On the clinical study of FZYLY the effect , the tolerance ability and the validity of the chemical therapy improved a lot during the process of chemical therapy for ovary cancer. In summay, we studied the immune regulation and anti-tumor effect of FZYLY from the cell and molecular level and the mechanism for the gynecologic tumor inhibition, the poison decreasing and effect increasing of FZYLY. This study providedthe foundation for the clinical use of FZYLY.
