The decreasing effect of leukocyte due to CTX and 5-Fu is relaxed after disposition of LZ.⑤Immune modulation: LZ can obviously increase the activity of phagocytes, T cell, NK cell and humeral immune response. Conclude: LZ can restrain the growth of tumor cell, modulate immunity, increase the effect of inhibition to tumor of chemical cure medicine and decrease the toxicity of chemical cure Medicine.
