â…  .The reason to choose this study and its aimsThe study of Anti-Ageing has got various harvest since 1950's in the west, especially in theoretical studies. In accordance with the understanging of life, it is more and more clear about the factors of ageing. In addition to the gradual elder population of the world, anti aging is now becoming a new and endless scientific studies. As a traditional old country, the Chinese has long time been serarching for longevity. But in traditional Chinese medicine what we study is mainly our human body, it belongs to whole-viewed, conclusive means, where as the western medicines aims at mainly disease. It belongs to micro-viewed, analysing ones. Though both are solving the problems of life . It is different between the two medical systems on the understanding of diastolic systolic function as well as anti-ageing means. And the diffrence are as foffows:â‘ The difference between Chinese and western cultre. We know that western medicine origines from its culture which performs a ractional, ananysing character. But Chinese medicine comes from Chinese culture which performs a romantic, conclusive character. â‘¡The difference between studying ways. Western medicine plays an experiment role whereas Chinese medicine, an experienced one. Owing to the difference of Chinese culture and philosophical medical thinking from those of the west, it comes to relative difference of anti-ageing about understanding ageing as well as means of anti-ageing. By means of comparision, we can realize the character as well as usage of anti-ageing through TCM theory. Ancient Chinese had been long time studied this anti-ageing project since period of Nei Jing from which we can learn about the procedure of birth, growth, strenthen, old, and death of human beings. The said opinion as well as princple has stillnow its significant instructive meaning to understand the factor and diastolic & systolic function of ageing. Is there any common factors betweem TCM and western medicine on recognization and operaton, except for their difference ? It is worthy to study and is also the aim of this essay. II MethodsClinical research is our main method. It contains two parts: (1) Mechanism study on deteriorating EH-LVH by promoting blood circulation, eliminating phlegm & enriching Qi. (2) Mechanism study on deteriorating dimentia by means of promoting blood circulation, eliminating phlegm as well as enriching Qi.On the part of pathological ageing, we chose: Mechanism study on deterioration of EH-LVH by promoting blood circulation, eliminating phlegm as well as subduing the hyperactivity of the liver enriching Qi. After studying and filing concerned informations, we have found that the factor of EH-LVH is: Fainted Qi, jammed blood and condensed phlegm. And we try to solve the problem from the said aSPect. In the past, scholars used single Chinese herbal or mixed with TCM and western medicines. Now we attemp using compound TCM formular, and the goal is enriching Qi, promoting blood circulation as well as eliminating phlegm. The aim is to make clear the system of normal ageing in relative fild as well as machanism of ageing. For the same reason ,we study how to deteriorate dimentia by mean of enriching Qi, promoting blood circulation, eliminatiug phlegm and clearing nervus channels. According to our clinical expierence, we found that the elders mostly have symptom of weak Qi, blood and condensed phlegm. According to Nei Jing, we know that from the age of fifty to ninety, our liver, heart, spleen, lungs and kidneys are gradually fainting respectively. Our spleen is the origin of producing phlegm. Together with weak Qi and blood circulation, our inner channels inside our body are jammed by phlegm and toxic substance which can make us become dimentia patient when toxic substance fulfilled the nervous channels. Besides, elders of sixty years of age, their hearts become weak, thus influencing other organs such as liver, lungs, kidneys and spleen. The heart can also direct SPirit; when heart comes with trouble, spirit and brain will suffer, too. And finally dimentia would occur. In the past dimentia disease were treated by means of TCM together with western medicine, or by enriching the functions of kidneys, spleen, liver or brain. Now we try to enrich Qi and blood circulation, to delinminate phlegm, and to clear nervous channels for our treatments. IQ Results and Analysis l.Pathological Ageing:EH-LVH Our study indicates: the TCM formula of enriching Qi and blood circulation, eliminatingphlegm can duduce blood pressure of EH-LVH patients. The factors include: improving blood density, lowering resistance blood channels, and making the increase of blood channels, and involving mechanism of deteriorating EH-LVH by means of enriching Qi, promoting blood circulation, and eliminating phlegm. It is because of the SP in the blood belongs to inner protective material of heart. And SP has decisive function to adjust BP. The relative stable of SP in the blood is the main factor of maintaing normal BP. Our clinical research also found that the SP level of EH-LVH is lower than that of EH-NLVH patients. This reveals that there is certain relation beween SP and EH-LVH. 2. DementiaOur study indicates: the TCM formula of enriching Qi, promoting blood circulation, eliminating phlegm and static, can improve the activity of brain function as well as spiritual condition. This is properly because of the repair of neurofibril and the resistence of neuron of nerve ecells. Modern rsearch indicates: the kidney of TCM include part of neuroendocrine functions. And brain essence contains neuron, nerve growth factor(NGF), neuroglia and neuroaxis. The decrease of neuron and neunoaxis reflect the decay of "kidney" and "brain sea". When phlegm and statics join together, they can jam neuro channels, thus stopping blood circulation of the brain, and finally dementia occurs. Modern research also indicates: the conclusion of damage of neuro system will definitely lead to confusion of information exchange of nerve cells. This is relevant to "consumpsion of signal conduction of abnormal cells". Our study use TCM fomula to enrich Qi and blood, to adjust "Yin" and "Yang", in additiontion to eliminating phlegm and clearing orifice. Whenever Qi strengethens, blood circulation can move smoothly, and finally phlegm and statics would disappear, and spirit become smart. On this respect,we know that such TCM formula has the effect of Anti-ageing. IV ConclusionOur study is to compare the recognizasion of Ageing between traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine, to compare their defferent means of anti-ageng through research on two topics:(l)Pathological ageing: Study on mechanism of deteriorating EH-LVH by enriching Qi, promoting blood circulation, eliminating phlegm and static.(2) Dementia: Study on mechanism of deteriorating dementia by enriching Qi, promoting blood circulation, eliminating phegm and static. Our study emphase Huang Di Nei Jing as principle instruction, so as to reveal TCM ant-ageing characters and advantages. Also through studying TCM theory and modern western medical theory, we try to find out their different points on anti-ageing. On one hand we aim at finding a platform of combinding TCM and western medicine; On the other hand we aim at fnding scientific figures toillustrate the conept, dffinition, original principle of TCM, so as to get more effective instruction for clinical treatment; and putting a hand on TCM modernization, offerring our effort in the fild of Anti-ageing.After this study,we found that:(l)The difference between TCM & western medicine isrFrom the point of TCM, ageing is a natural stage in one's life, and "Jin"(basic essence)is the most foundation material of human life. Therefore, the signal of ageing is the gradual decrease of "Jin".This acknowledgement is primary and united in the field of TCM.And the trend is to respect to the nature of human life, to respect to the regulation of nature. As for modern medicine, although scholars agree that ageing is the natural procedure of life, their direction of mind is to find out the factor of ageing as well as a resisting way to "Anti"ageing They are not willing to accept the ageing procedure. The most popular tens of ageing theories nowadays aim at finding out single target factor leading to ageing. Yet their independent factors cannot be linked mp to form a united theory that clearly make out the sophisticated machanism of ageing emphasise on maintinance of life & Jin, on restoring Jin Spirit;so as to prevent early ageing, and to get a natural long life.Instead,anti-ageing on purpose is not stressed. As Nei Jing shanggu Tianghen ljun (on Human Preserving Health Enengy in Ancient Time)said, "They followed the principle of Yin and Yang and kept in conformity with the art of prophecy based in the interaction of Yin and Yang. They were able to modulate their daily life in harmony with the way of recuperating the essence and vital energy,so they could master and practise the way of preserving a good health.Their behaviours in daily life were all kept in regular patterns such as their food and drink were of fixed quantity;their daily activities were all in regular times. They never overworked. In this way, they could maintain both in the body and in the spirit substantiality, and were able to live to the old age of more than one hundred years. All evil energies of various seasons are harmful to people, they attack the body when it is in general debility, and they should be defended anytime and everywhere. They lived guietly and comfortably in the natural environment of the universe, they followed the rule of the eight winds(different winds from all directions)and could avoid being hurt by them. They regulated their eating, drinking and daily life in a moderate style when lived together with common people. They lived guietly and comfortably in the natural environment of the universe, they follow the rule of the eighf winds(different winds from all directions)and could avoid being hurt by them,They regulated their eating, drinking and daily life in a moderate sfyle when lived together with common people.Their temperaments were stable and calm without indignation and fluctuation of mood.In outward appearance, they did not divorce from the reality of their daily life. They never did excessive physical labour or engaged in any excessive deliberation...
