Objective: Through the analysis of the effects of different rehabilitation methods on the recovery of postoperative elbow joint function in children with two groups of supracondylar fracture of humerus To explore the clinical significance of the theory of dynamic and static combine in postoperative functional rehabilitationMethods: From October 2016 to October 2018,90 patients were randomly selected from the children with supracondylar fractures treated by pediatric orthopedics in the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.According to different postoperative rehabilitation methods, they are divided into 2 groups, each group consisting of 45 cases.Under the guidance of theory of dynamic and static combine, with combined application of Fumigation-washing therapy with TCM is observation group.Only the application of Fumigation-washing therapy with TCM is control group.observe the two groups of children in pain intensity, rehabilitation time, immobilization time and the overall rehabilitation effect of what is the difference.Meanwhile, the epidemiological analysis of 788 cases of children with humeral supracondylar fracture from January 2013 to October 2018 was conducted by observation method. Results: In the rehabilitation effect, the excellent rate of the observation group was 91.1%,and the excellent rate of the control group was 73.3%.The observation group was superior to the control group. In the pain intensity(VAS score),The observation group 5.11±0.37 points was slightly lower than the control group 5.74±0.74 points.;in the rehabilitation time, the observation group was shortened by 1.42±0.11 weeks,1.06±0.16 weeks,0.43±0.11 weeks, and 0.314±0.01 weeks, respectively,in the extension, flexion, pronation and supination. In the braking time, the observation group was 4.01±0.014 weeks, and the control group was 4.009± 0.029 weeks. There was no difference between the two groups.and the Epidemiological analysis showed that the summer and autumn seasons were the high incidence of fractures.Boys were more than girls, and 5 to 6 years old were high-risk age groups.Fall injury was the most important causeConclusion:The rehabilitation method guided by the theory of dynamic and static combine is more effective in shortening the recovery time and improving the rehabilitation effect than the simple application of the Fumigation-washing therapy with TCM.It fully demonstrates that the application of the theory of dynamic and static combine achieves the most effective rehabilitation effect within the scope of ensuring safe healing of fractures. It has a good clinical significance for the functional rehabilitation of children with supracondylar fractures.
