It could obviously inhibit PG cell vascular endothelium growth factor(VEGF), basicity fibroblast growth factor(BFGF), matrix metal protease-9(MMP-9) and the expression of mutation gene P53,promote the expression of gene NM23,block the carcinomic cells in period G0-G1 and induce apoptosis of carcinoma. It was proved by serum pharmacology that above effect of AK could be realized by oral-medicine in vivo, and be enhanced with the increase of drug-concentration in serum and the elongation of effect time. AK had synergism with chemotherapy.In vivo animal experiment using the models of Lewis lung cancer and H22 hepatocarcinoma of hematal and lymphatic metastasis observed the effect of anti-tumor and anti-metastasis and the influence on the microvessel density(MVD) in tumor tissue and VEGF.
