Using method ofimmunohistochemical to detect express of brain-tissue,SP of gastric-wall.Results:1. During the experiment, every group mouse outrage, bray, tug, worry and be easy to anger.2. It is succeed that adopting the method of water immersion and bondage to produce the mouse model of stress ulcer,stomach-tissue of different model group of morphology changed differently.Gastric wall of model group of degree of injury is most severity,To compare traditional Chinese medicine group with model group,has discrepancy statistical significance for UI.To compare the gastric juice for each group, has not discrepancy statistical significance for PH.3. Contents of pituitary of NE,Ach in each group is different, having discrepancy statistical significance,Contents of hypophysis of NE is the highest in model mouse group; Content of Ach of hypophysis is the highest in blank group,difference of Ach content between traditional Chinese medicine xinshen-lhao group and model group has not discrepancy statistical significance.4.
