Object:To investigate the correlation about personality、the difference of emotion changes and the corresponding brain regions functional changes between the patients with post-traumatic stress disorder(PTSD) and no-PTSD.Methods:The Participants came from a class 3-A hospital from December 2014 to July 2015. PTSD group: 52 cases; No PTSD group: 56 cases.Accomplished the check of Functional magnetic resonance imaging(f MRI), PTSD group: 8 cases; No PTSD group: 7cases.To evaluate general situation questionnaire, post traumatic stress disorder checklist civilian version(PCL-C), hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA), hamilton depression scale(HAMD), Eysenck Personality Questionnaire(EPQ) and f MRI in 2 weeks. Traumatic cases one month after assessment of PCL-C line of subjects for PTSD diagnosis by two psychiatrists to complete. In the second, third months, researchers will complete collection of HAMA and HAMD scale, the third month after the completion of f MRI inspection again.Results:1. There are relatives between EPQ and PCL-L(P<0.05).2. There are statistical significance in the effects of group, time and the interaction of group×time of the total scores and the factors scores of HAMA and HAMD(P<0.05).3. Emotions related brain regions ReHo value, comparison between groups: The early traumatic events(two weeks), the right occipital lobe Re Ho value is lower than the PTSD group. 3 months after trauma, comparing with non PTSD group, the Re Ho values decreased in right middle temporal gyrus, right occipital lobe, left inferior temporal gyrus and right precentral gyrus of the PTSD patients. However, in the left cerebellum, left inferior frontal gyrus, left superior temporal gyrus, left thalamus, right middle occipital gyrus, right middle cingulated gyrus, right paracentral lobule/ precuneus, right superior frontal gyrus regions of the brain Re Ho is elevated.Comparison in the group: in PTSD group, the brain function of left cingulate gyrus, right precuneus, left parietal lobe are decreased, and the function of brain regions with the increase in right middle frontal gyrus, right inferior frontal gyrus, left superior frontal gyrus. In non PTSD group, the left occipital lobe Re Ho increased.4. There are positive relatives between the right precuneus Re Ho value and HAMD scores(r=0.719,p=0.045),no obvious relatives between the rest brain regions with HAMA and HAMD(P<0.05).Conclusion:1. There are certain correlations among psychoticism and neuroticism, introverted, conceal the personality characteristics and the patients with PTSD.2. The traumatic events may cause mood change, to compare with non PTSD patients the PTSD patients with anxiety and depression recovery are slowly.3. It may be one of the development of post-traumatic stress disorder Reasons.
