Wecan use them as a method to collect the calcium ion information in vivo, take human body andsome animals (rat, mouse and rabbit) as experiment objects, take acupuncture as an interventionfactor, and take the effect of entrails as index to carry out our research. The researches in staticstate and in dynamic state are combined together and the researches in physiology and in pathologyare combined together. Then in the whole process multiple-linked research about calcium ion'saction in signal transduction of acupuncture has come true. And the results show that:1. Calcium ion enriches at the acupoint. This is the foundation to calcium ion's action in signaltransduction. Acupuncturing the acupoint can lead to the variation which has relative specificityof the concentration of calcium ion on the meridian line. When there is an acupuncture, thecalcium ion on the meridian line may redistribute to correlated meridian line. Correlated toother experiment there is a possibility that calcium ion moves along the meridian lines. Thedirectional difussion of ectocell chemical material such as body fluid is one of the importantpathway of the generation of acupuncture information.2. When there are pathological changes to the entrail there are specified variations of calcium ionconcentration at the corresponding acupoints and meridian lines. Acupuncture can intervenesuch variations. It shows that there is an associativity among the pathological changes toentrails and calcium ion on the corresponding meridian lines and acupuncture.3. The calcium ion at the acupoints or on the corresponding meridian lines is complexed to lowerthe calcium concentration, the effect of acupuncture may be lost. But there seems no influenceon the effect of acupuncture when the concentration is heightened. It shows that calcium ion atthe acupoints or on the corresponding meridian lines is the key factor to the generation ofacupuncture information.4. Blocking VOCs in cell membrane at acupoints may influent the effect of acupuncture.5. Blocking the bioactivity of calmodulinc—the ligand of calcium ion may influent the effect ofacupuncture.6. Calcium ion also plays a key role in the effect information conduction of the acupuncturetreatment to cerebral ischemia. The above results shows that calcium ion is very important in information conduction ofacupuncture, and it is a key link to the information conduction and transduction. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | needle chemical sensor, microdialysis, acupuncture, calcium ion, acupoint, meridian line, information conduction | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
