| The 21st century is the century of life science. The development of the life science depends on the innovation and the development of methodologies, which contains the means of separating, analyzing and testing. The development of the analysis methods also pushes the research of the life science to make progress. Biochromatography is one of the newly rising analysis methods, which consist of the combination of the life science and the technique of chromatographic separating. It makes use of the specificness of the bioactive compound to carry out the purification and the analysis of the biological specimen and the determination of the bioactivity parameter. The object of our study is the antihypertensive drugs in which high pressure liquid chromatography and capillary electrophoresis apparatus were used in our experiments. By investigating the influences of different surfactants, concentration and pH, the paper study the impact of various kinds of factors to the retention-pharmacodynamics and the retention-pharmacokinetic of the medicine when it was at the BMC and the MECC system in accordance with the pharmacodynamics and pharmacokinetic parameter. Through modelling the distribution of the medicine in vitro we found the model of the pharmacodynamics and the pharmacokinetic of the antihypertensive drugs. The results of this chapter indicated that the type, concentration and pH of the mobile phase of the surfactants and the structure, hydrophobicity and the acidity or alkalinity of the chemical compound may affect the retention of the chemical compound. The neutral surfactants can be used to construct various type structure models of the... |
