It is to testify the scientific essence of the syndrome of spleen deficiency. Measure:1. An expert evaluating system was established to evaluate the model of the spleen deficiency in rats.2. The changing rules of telomeric length, MDA, SOD, GSH-PX, T-AOC and 8-OHdG in the rats model of spleen Qi deficiency group, spleen Yang deficiency group and spleen Ying deficiency group were observed.Results:1. The rats model of the spleen deficiency and its sub-type rats model could be successfully established through the complex factors methods. The expert evaluation system of the animal mode was improved on the basis of the fuzzy mathematics mode identification2. Compared to the control group, the SOD, GSH-PX and T-AOC in the blood serum and the brain cortex were significantly reduced in the spleen Qi deficiency group, the spleen Yang deficiency group and the spleen Yin deficiency group(P<0.05).And compared to the spleen Yin deficiency group, the Yang deficiency group had a more obviously decrease.Compared to the control group, the MDA quantity of the spleen Qi deficiency group significantly increased in the blood serum and the brain cortex (P<0.05), and there have a obvious difference between the spleen Yang deficiency group and the spleen Yin deficiency group. The increase degree is very great in the spleen Yang deficiency group, and the spleen Qi deficiency group is very low.3. Compared to the normal control group, the 8-OHdG egested quantity of the urine in the 24 hours were very great in the three group models of the spleen deficiency(P<0.05). The spleen Yin deficiency group and the spleen Yang deficiency group were obviously high compared with the spleen Qi deficiency group. There were not obvious difference between the spleen Yin deficiency group and the spleen Yang deficiency group(P>0.05), but the 8-OHdG egested quantity in the urine in the 24h was very much in the spleen Yang deficiency group. But there had a trend in the three groups of the spleen deficiency which was very high in the spleen Yang deficiency group and very low in the spleen Qi deficiency group.4.
