Objective:To Observe the effect of rALR on the production of antibodies, interferon-γand interleukin-2 in the rats immunized by hepatitis B surface antigen(HBs Ag) and bovine serum albumin(BSA). In order to further evaluate the biologic characteristic of rALR ,we study the effect of rALR on the proferation of splenocytes with the method on sensitized in vivo and activated in vitro by HBs Ag.Methods:1.The recombinant plasmid pPIC9K-rALR and pPIC9K were electro-transfected into GS115,respectively.These were expressed in GS115 under the induction of methanol and identified by 12% SDS-PAGE electriophoresis and Western blot. They also were purified with ultrafiltration. The biologic activity of rALR in stimulating proliferation of QGY cell was demonstrated by 3H-TdR incorporation assay.2.The 48 rats were randomly divided into 6 groups, each group having 8 rats.GroupⅠwas subcutaneously injected with saline, GroupⅡwith 20μg...
