Background China society will become senile society in 21 century, the healthy issue of postmenopausal women will turn into a focus. Endometrial cancer is a kind of epithelial malignant solid tumor resulting from endometrum, morbidity peak age is from 58 to 61 years. Natimortality is about 20 percent. Endometrial cancer is a mostly tumor of threatening the healthy and life of postmenopausal women. Angiogenesis are the basic and key of genesis and progress of solid tumor. Research indicate that serum CA125 may be a endometrial outcome and correlation with endometrial cancer; cyclooxygenase-2(COX-2) is one of the rate-limiting enzymes in metabolism of arachidonic acid, the vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) is the most stronger vascular growth factor. The relationship is important between them with tumor angiogenesis.
