Owing to commerce in the would, invest liberalization, globalization world and technological advancements, occupational accidents and occupational diseases are going up continuously in many developing countries. According to ILO initial estimation over 1.2 million indviduals died from industrial accidents and occupational injuries every year in whole would, among them 25 percent died of occupational diseases. The cost of this was 125 billion dollars (equivalent to GNP 4% global). Since reform and opening, our national economy has been high speed increasing, however, occupational health and safety has been lagging. At present, the numbers of workers exposed to occupational harzads , accumulative total of occupational diseases, death and new occupational illnesses developed in our country are all the hightest in the would. Therefore it is imperative to popularize the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSMS) in order to improve the present situation of occupational health and safety in our country.Earlier priod the 1990's, ISO had introduced system management method through enforcing success Quality Management System (ISO9000) and Environment Management System (ISO14000).
