C-type natriuretic peptide (CNP), a kind of newly discovered endogenous circulating polypeptide, is composed of 22 amino acids It is produced in endothelial cell and released to whole body by autocrire or paracrine. Having something common in structure with ANP, CNP is regarded as a new member of ANP family.In the present study We focused our work on the regulatory effect of CNP on cardiovascular system and its probable mechanism. In adition, we still contrasted cardiovascular response of CNP with that of ANP and took first step to inquire for its probable therapeutic value in ischemic heart disease.Main study contents:...
