1 Four hundred and ten positive holes secreating anti-HSV McAb were screened out during 14 times of cell fusing and 60 holes of them were cultured enlargelly in vitro and freezed for conserving, Eighteen positive noles were cloned for 2-5 times by restriction dilution method and the hybridoma cell lines steady producing the McAb were established.2 Three procedures of immunization were compared during the production of hybridoma cell lines. It was found that the positive rate of hybridoma with the immunization by infectious virus is highest (39%), but, in this way, it is difficult to ptoduce the lymphocyte hybridomas secreating anti-HSV-1 or anti-HSV-2 specific McAb.
