Clinical And Experimental Research Of Feixinkang Decoction In Treating Hypoxic Pulmonary Hypertension

Objective: To research the clinical curative effect and function machanism of Feixinkang decoction(FXK) in treating Hypoxic Pulmonary Hypertension (HPH)belongs to the syndrom of deficiency of yang of the lung and kidney and stagnation of phlam and blood. Methods: 42 HPH cases belong to the syndrom of deficiency of yang of the lung and kidney and stagnation of phlam and blood were observed .21 cases were treated by FXK and 21 cases were treated by Nifedipine as contrast.All case have been maken systemic observations respectively.Simul-taneously,the auther measured mean pulmonary artery pressure (MPAP), Right ventricle and left ventricle added with interventricular septum weight ratio,and the changes of small pulmonary arterial morphologic of pulmonaryhypertensive rats remodelled of monocrotaline(MCT),which were treated by FXK.Results: FXK can evidently improve clinical symptoms and signs , blood viscosity, plasma viscosity.As well as decrease PaCO2 and increase PaO2.The animal experimental results showed that FXK can decrease the MPAP and the right heart index,inhibit the structural remodelling of small pulmonary arterial induced by MCT.Conclusion:FXK is able to partly reverse the change in structure of pulmonary arterial and reduce the pulmonaryhypertension.
