The infrared detectors is a key part of infrared system,for the past few years,with the improvement of space resolution,the device scale of long linear IRFPA has reached thousands of elements,200 mm length.Due to its simple structure,no moving parts,long lifetime and high efficiency,linear pulse tube has been widely applied to meet the increasing requirement of high capacity cryocooler for more heat leakage and Joule heat of large scale dewar and high reliability for space application.Different from stirling refrigerator the cold spot of linear pulse tube is in the middle of the cooler,the dewar must be designed and optimized for linear pulse tube.according to this requirement,this paper has deeply researched the design method and key technology of dewar pachaging for linear pulse tube and long linear IRFPA detector.Base on the analysis of features of long linear IRFPA detector and linear pulse tube cooler and mechanical and thermal requirements of dewar, put forward the design solution of dewar, complete the optimal design of key dewar component for certain type of pulse tube cooler and typical butting substrate size and working temperature.Partial flexible cold strap scheme is designed to achieve the requirements of flatness of butting substrate at working temperature, double heat shield and fiberglass bracing structure for butting substrate is designed to reduce heat leakage, film cable is used to reduce assembly interface and ensure the precision of optical component, CAE technology is used for design and optimize work.Base on the design result of dewar, elaborate and workable technical process of production and quality control specification is developed for partial flexible cold strap,butting substrate and other main component,test dewar is made to verify the technical specification and reliability, The test results show that the design scheme is correct and feasible.In this paper, I complete the study on dewar design technology and process scheme of long linear IRFPA detector and linear pulse tube, establish the technology foundation of packaging for its engineering application, it possesses of great significance to the technology development of this kind of device.
