The reservoir in southeast area of Sichuan can be sorted into carbonate and clasolite. These reservoir has characteristics of low porosity and permeability, large transversal change ,strong heterogeneity, invisibility, complexity and high difficulty of exploration, therefore, it's difficult to describe and forecast systematically only by the way of geology or geophysics.Taking carbonate reservoir of Middle-lower Triassic and XuJiaHe Formation clasolite reservoir of Upper Triassic in research area for examples, based on the fine description of reservoir , begining from basic geology research, we finish some work such as forecast of seismic reservoir, analyzing reservoir parameter by seismic properties etc. Guiding under the research of geology, this paper analyses the reasonableness and applicability of the prognostic result and gives reasonable explain for the result. At last, we form a suit of effective way for reservoir's recognition and forecast by combining geology with exploration. Finally, it gets the following achievements:(1) Carbonate reservoir space in research area is mainly composed of a variety of pores and cracks, calsolite reservoir is strongly compacted and the reservoir space is composed of a few corrosion pores, the development of cracks greatly affect the reservoir space.the major control factors of the reservoir development are sedimentary facies, diagenesis environment and tectonic process.(2) The distribution of most pore body radius in some medium and high permeability reservoir in which the original intergranular is not damaged greatly is in the way of normal distribution, and we can use normal Distribution method to conform characteristic parameters of pore structure. Pore structure in most low permeability reservoir is very complex, to this kind of reservoir, method of moment is a reasonable way to confirm characteristic parameters of pore structure.(3)The method principle, classification and workflow of the seismic inversion is detailed introduced. It is the preprocessing of the Original data of the seismic inversion, the main control factor analysis, of affecting inversion results, and the geologic explain ways of the inversion results that is Point discussed.
