The importance of clothing comfort had been gradually noticed in clothing consumption field. As an important factor, clothing pressure comfort was one of the important indicators which were used to evaluate the overall clothing comfort. Therefore, it was very theoretical and meaningful to study clothing pressure comfort. This research was summarized as follows:Firstly, 25 healthy women aged between 22 and 25 were regarded as subjects based on the analysis and summary of domestic and foreign clothing pressure comfort and the existing problems, whose bodies were all close to 160/84A. Female body data was measured by the non-contact 3D body scanner developed by TecMath Company in Germany and 25 female body bust skin curves over BP point were intercepted. A point at every 5°was set and 72 points were set on each bust curve. The coordinate values of the points on the female body bust section curves were calculated by programming in MATLAB 7.0. The curves of standard female body bust section were reconstructed based on the average coordinate values of the points on all the bust curves. The curves of standard female body bust section were fitted and curve equations were solved by using Origin 7.5. Taking into account the real structure of female body bust section, the photo of visible Chinese human body fault and medical information were referred to, the coordinates of the corresponding points on soft tissue and bone curves of standard female body bust section were calculated. The points on skin, soft tissue and bone curves were imported into ANSYS 10.0, skin, soft tissue and bone areas were created, which were not repeated but closely linked to each other were obtained by subtract and glue operation under"Booleans operate", and a solid model of the standard female body bust section including skin, soft tissue and bone was constructed. Then suitable element types and material properties were selected for skin, soft tissue, bone areas and the solid model was divided into triangular elements by using smart size under"Mesh Tool". At last, a finite element model of standard female body bust section including skin, soft tissue and bone was constructed, and the elements of the model were 13937, and nodes were 28234, which was used as a technology platform for the analysis of clothing pressure exerted on women's bust.Secondly, elastic sports vests were regarded as study objects, 25 healthy women aged between 22 and 25 were regarded as subjects, whose bodies were all close to 160/84A. Subjective analysis, objective analysis and a comprehensive analysis were selected to study the pressure comfort of elastic sport vest. Fuzzy suggestion centralized decision method in fuzzy mathematics was used to synthesize the order of the frequencies of different evaluation grade on parts and to order the pressure comfort on 5 parts. It was fond that the order of pressure comfort on 5 parts by elastic sports vest from good to bad was shoulder, side seam, abdomen, breast, back through calculating. When elastic sports vest was evaluated objectively, the objective clothing pressure on breast, back, shoulder, side seam and abdomen by elastic sports vest was measured firstly. After analyzing the objective pressure on each part, it was found that although the fabric and size of vest, the measured pressure on each part was different, the pressure distribution of each vest was very similar. The order of objective clothing pressure on each part from big to small was shoulder, breast, back, side seam, abdomen. At the same time, the clothing pressure on female body's bust was also measured. After analysis, it was found that relatively large clothing pressure appeared in the vicinity of 120°, 120°was at the point of BP of female body and was salient. Relatively small clothing pressure appeared in the vicinity of 90°, 90°was at the middle of the two breasts and was flat. It could be seen from pressure distribution that the pressure in the region [90°, 120°] and [180°, 210°] showed an increasing trend and in the region [120°, 180°] and [210°, 270°] showed a decreasing trend. The trend had a great relationship with the change of bust-section curves of female body, Pressure reduced with the increase of curvature radius of measurement sites and increased with the decrease of curvature radius. After the comprehensive evaluation of the pressure comfort of elastic sports vest, it was found that the difference of the comfortable range of pressure on each part was obvious, which showed that the ability to withstand pressure of each part was different. The order of the ability to withstand pressure slowing down was shoulder, breast, back, side seam, abdomen. The sensitivity of clothing pressure of each part was also different, the order slowing down was shoulder, breast, back, side seam, abdomen, too. The comfortable range of clothing pressure on parts by elastic sports vest was 0.95~1.36kPa for breast, 0.59~0.9 kPa for back, 1.135~1.64 kPa for shoulder, 0.48~0.73 kPa for side seam, 0.29~0.43 kPa for abdomen.Then the clothing pressure exerted on women's bust was analyzed based on the finite element model of standard female body bust section constructed. The coordinates of the points on the skin curve of the standard female body bust after wearing can be calculated. Entire bust curve after wearing was fitted as 6 curves by using Origin 7.5, and the length of each curve was calculated by programming in MATLAB 7.0, the bust strain of vest after wearing was calculated. The clothing pressure on women's breast, the elastic modulus of fabric and the bust strain of vest were correlated and the mathematical model among the three was found out. The comfortable pressure range on women's breast was converted into bust strain range of pressure comfort garment based on the mathematical model, which can provide a data base for the bust size design of pressure comfort tight-fit garment. This method that the bust strain of vest after wearing was calculated based on the finite element model of standard female body bust section can avoid the error caused by the different thickness of fabrics and the effects of some human factors in manual measurement and improve the accuracy of mathematical model constructed.
