The development of economy makes people put forward higher requirements for the comfort of clothing.The index of measuring the clothing comfort in addition to heat and moisture comfort and tactile comfort and pressure comfort has gradually become an important index to evaluate the comfort of clothing.With the change of the concept of life,walking and running has gradually become a way of fitness the most common in people's daily life.Sports socks directly affect the choice of the body during exercise in comfort,and socks is mainly composed of a pair of socks,socks socks pressure is too small,easy to fall off,the pressure is too large and will allow the wearer to produce discomfort,and even the formation of marks on the skin on the effect of the blood circulation in the legs,so socksThe prediction and research of pressure value are of great significance to the development and design of sock-like products.At present,the research on sock-port pressure is mainly focused on the relationship between the performance and pressure of sock-mouth fabric and the analysis of the pressure in fixed posture.The human body wearing socks when leg positions as the research object,the finite element simulation and objective test combination of sports socks socks in different state of motion under pressure were discussed and analyzed,and regression were used to predict socks mouth pressure by BP neural network and multiple linear on the basis.Study on pressure comfort of related literature,discusses the influence of clothing pressure factors and clothing pressure on human physiology.Firstly,3D body scanning technology to collect human leg point cloud data,and processed on the leg section of point cloud data using Geomagic software,the average human leg section pointsOn the basis of the coordinate value,a human leg sectional model is established in the finite element software,and the force simulation of the leg section is carried out,the displacement changes are analyzed,and the pressure test point is determined.In this paper,the point cloud data of 50 healthy female college students were obtained by3D human body scanning technology,and the point cloud data of human leg cross-section were processed by Geomagic software.On the basis of obtaining the average coordinate value of the human leg cross section,the human leg section model is established in the finite element software,and the force of the leg section is simulated,and the displacement change is analyzed.Thus,three pressure test points were determined.Pliance multi-purpose sensor system was adopted.Delsys Trigno Mobile all-wireless GPS surface electromyograph for measuring static and dynamic pressures at three test pointsAs well as the physiological index in the process of movement,using universal strength instrument and fabric thickness meter to test the structural performance of socks.The grey correlation method is adopted.The multivariate linear regression method is used to analyze the influence of various factors on the static pressure of stockings,and a prediction model of static pressure is established.The effect of various factors on dynamic pressure is analyzed by regression analysis.The results show that:the influence degree of each influence factor on the pressure is ranked as follows:elastic return rate>plastic deformation rate>tensile strength>sock mouth density>sock mouth width>sock mouth width>sock mouth thickness,and a model of static pressure prediction is established;The velocity of movement,the density of stockings,the leg circumference were positively correlated with the sock pressure,and the elastic recovery rate was negatively correlated with the pressure;The influence of stocking density on the sock pressure is more significant n the range of 320kg?m-3-350kg?m-3;The larger myoelectric index RMS value is distributed within a smaller pressure interval,the relationship between the pressure of sock mouth,RMS and the speed of movement is established.A dynamic pressure prediction model is established by using multivariate linear regression analysis and BP neural network method,the prediction error of BP network is about 0.5%,which is lower than that of multivariate linear regression model.The significance of this research lies in the comprehensive analysis of the various factors affecting the dynamic pressure of the socks,to provide a theoretical reference for the design of different intensity socks.The design and development process of garment enterprises in the sports socks,can be combined with the physiological indexes of human body function development of new sports socks.
