Study On Syndrome-Treatment And Prescription-Drugs Of Water-Qi Disease By Ancient And Morden Medical Records Date

This thesis collects and heckles the medical records and date for Water-qi disease in ancient and modern,and used them as philological basis.Applying the combined technology of database research and modern analysis of statistics for digging out of the hidden relations among datas,then commentare and explore therapy regularity and development of Water-qi disease,expected to provide theoretical basis and new ideas for prevention and treatment of Water-qi disease in clinical work.The first part: Using methods of bibliography,I collect 1521 ancient literatures from the historical development to analysis systematicly name of disease, classification, pathogenesis and classification, differentiations of Water-qi disease, and strive to discovering laws wholly and systematically,which permits the governance for future research to lay the basis of the literature.The second part: I arrange of ancient and modern literatures, build up database,use statistical software SAS9.1 to carry on research about the established drugs and symptoms of the databases from pharmacy mathematical statistics as well as figure excavation methods,such as frequencies, factor analysis,R-type cluster analysis,canonical correlation analysis, association rules,link analysis.I dig out the potential relationships among symptoms - symptoms,drugs - drugs, symptoms -drugs,then I summarize Chinese medicine of all previous dynasties to the etiology and pathogenesis understanding of the Water-qi disease.The third part: Through the results of statistical analysis,explore differ treatments to the Water-qi disease from pathological basis, the symptoms, types of syndromes.Commentare and explore the use of drugs, medicine, prescriptions, therapeutic principle and therapeutic method, therapy regularity and development of Water-qi disease.Based on this, proposing approach of the treatment, namely " treatment by stages, core of five zang——four important points and one caution, consideration to qi and blood" dynamic clinics mode.I summarize a series of effectively prescriptions for clinical practice and the clinical experience for Water-qi disease ,reaches out the connotation of Water-qi disease ,the thesis then provide theoretical basis for the clinics,and is also provided new clues for syndrome differentiation and treatment of Water-qi disease.
