Shuanggen cephalocathartic granule is composed by Isatis Root, Kudzuvine Root, Turmeric Root Tuber, Trumpetcreeper Flower, Coix Seed.The next part is experiment.To observe the effects of Shuanggen cephalocathartic granule on cerebral microvascular endothelial cells in Vascular Dementia by ex vivo experimentation. Culturing and identifying cerebral microvascular endothelial cells in rats firstly,then establish model of mulitiple cerebral infarction from hypoxia, cerebral microvascular endothelial cells in Chinese herb group were given Shuanggen cephalocathartic granule.The model group, sham operation group and normal group were given physiological saline in equivalence.Cell growth rates were detected by MTT and Cell apoptosis caused was observed by Fluid cytometry (FCM).The conclusion indicate that Shuanggen cephalocathartic granule have significantly protective effects on cerebral microvascular endothelial cells with Vascular Dementia. Thus further confirm these conclusions:1. stagnant blood, sputum turbidity and pyretic toxicity are important factors in Vascular dementia acute phases. 2. The interties of stagnant blood, sputum turbidity and pyretic toxicity are the basic pathogenesis of Vascular Dementia.3. The method of hygrotoxin and promoting blood flow and eliminate sputum is important method in preventing Vascular Dementia.4. Shuanggen cephalocathartic granule of proper dose have significantly protective effects in cerebral microvascular endothelial cells.
