Clinical And Theoretical Research Of Treatment Of CEG (Damp-heat Syndrome Of Spleen And Stomach) By "Qiqinwubei Decotion"

Objective:Chronic erosive gastritis is a kind of frequently-occurring and common disease. The distribution characteristics of syndrome types of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) has a determinate rule and rich experience,TCM has specific therapeutic effects and no obvious effects.Through observing the clinical effect of treating the chronic erosive gastritis which belongs to dampness-heat syndrome of spleen and stomach using my tutor,s prescription "qi qin wu bei decoction"and conducting a controlled study with Western medicine for the treatment, this study explores the treatment and prognostic evaluation of Chronic erosive gastritis with traditional Chinese medicine therapy, which provides the basis for further research on the mechanism,and it can improve the clinical therapeutic effect as well as prevent and cure the precancerous lesions and canceration.Methods:Using multi-sample, controlled, double blind observation,we collected the clinical data of120cases which were diagnosed with chronic erosive gastritis from September2010to December2011in Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital and the second Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Jiangsu Province.To record the patients' clinical data in detail and then to score it. Observing the results of the treatment before and after the study. To summarize the data and the database was established. With SPSS19.0statistical software package and descriptive analysis,we got the data analysis.Since the overall distribution was not clear,so the rank sum test of Wilcoxon was adopted,and the inspection level was0.05.Then we calculated the corresponding Z value which was similar to the standard normal distribution according to Wilcoxon W.Consequently, we could calculate the corresponding P value according to the Z value.Results:Through the study,we found that the distribution characteristics of syndrome types of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) of chronic erosive gastritis has its determinate rule and its main syndrome type is dampness-heat syndrome of spleen and stomach.The research results suggest that "the qi qin wu bei decoction" can release the symptoms of chronic erosive gastritis effectively,promote the healing of erosions and shorten the healing time of erosions.
